I think as we get older & our lives change so do our blogs and there is nothing wrong with that. my blog has transitioned from an international perspective to a 20 something trying to figure out life and lots of traveling pictures. and since it is a personal blog and this is the big thing happening in your life right now so if you weren't posting baby baby baby i'd be worried! so bring on the baby things! :)

Katie

Agreed. this is life! And I can live vicariously through you until the H and I are ready :) Plus, twins? yay! And as a twin myself its extra fun.

I could eat up those baby clothes, that's how cute they are. (And thank you in advance about the potty photo ban! :) )

eeee i love baby clothes so much, and the babies that go in them, so exciting! and those nursery colors are so pretty, love the print too, can't wait to see it when it's done!

After seven years, my opinion is that your readers are connected to you--not just to the topics you choose.

When all is said and done, having wonderful documentation of this time in your life seems more important than what "kind" of blog you are writing. Just for the record, I think it's called "honest and well-written."

My blog had definitely morphed over the years

Funny I'm in the same boat and haven't made that transition yet either. I just started purchasing some baby outfits via HauteLook and Gilt, but keep ordering stuff for me too. I also need to chill on the maternity clothes, it's not like I'll be using them for much longer and not for awhile again if at all. PS: I'm also expecting twins, but boys.

I love the nursery colors you chose! And the baby clothes, my goodness. Little girl clothes could not be any cuter and it's so exciting that you're buying for TWO! Hope the next few months are sweet and go smoothly!

Solange

I love those colors! I can't wait to see the finished nursery. :)

Those outfits are adorable. I just bought a bunch of Baby Girl Clothes at Burlington Coat Factory. They had the cutest selection and with their amazing prices I was really able to go overboard. It was so much fun to get all the brand names at less than half what they are elsewhere.
